Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward mails from one email box to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your email accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you want to redirect messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
